Very bad massage, no rhythm. Too rough, would not recommend

Massage was great! However,I do wish I knew these finer details before attending.They do charge an extra fee of $10 on top of the service to use private health. I had a 1 hour massage (quoted $85), I was then talked into an extra 15mins to my duration.I then found out after that my total for today was $125.I advise you all to pay in cash, ask how much extras are and claim your private health yourself.Again - great massage! Just wish I knew the fees.

I've seen two different therapists and find it hard to decide on who to book for as they are both amazing. Clean, professional and they don't run out of the room every 5 mins like some other places

Over charged, waste of money, no flow to massage. Charge extra just for claiming on private health. Asked for 1.5hr massage and they agreed but then the owner cut my massage short so she could fit in someone else before they closed for the day. Won’t ever go back

Every time I have a massage it's exactly what my body was needing. The staff are great, and they know exactly what I need every time.

Over charged! I paid $155 for a 60 min massage and cupping. Should have been $90.Wasn't even a good massage!!

Excellent legitimate remedial massage treatment and therapists. Clean shop and respectful staff. I have been a customer for 2 years now to assist with post surgery back pain and found it to be consistently good.

Arrived at 10am for a pre-booked appointment only to be told I had to wait 45 minutes as masseur was with someone elseThey will say anything to get you there

The lady Charged me more than what it said on their pamphlet. I wanted to get neck, shoulder and back massage, the pamphlet outside their shop said it was $35 and the same on the pricing list which were inside the place. While doing the massage, the lady asked me if it was my first time at the place, I said yes. Towards the end she asked me if I needed an extra 5 minutes. I said yes. When I was done and ready to pay. She asked me for $50. When I said the price on their pamphlet says $35. She said their prices have gone up and because I took extra 5 minutes she’s charging $5 extra for that (which I was ok with) I ended up paying $50 even though I saw a lady before me paying $35 for probably the same service. I didn’t bother arguing there and just paid it because i am not really bothered about the money they charged but they were being dishonest.I was so happy with the massage and was thinking in my head I’ll come again and will become a regular customer. Just for an extra $15 , they’ve lost a regular customer. Such a shame. They should be embarrassed of themselves.
