Awful experience. I wanted a 30min lower body (focusing on legs) massage. The guy who runs it started massaging my back, I told him at least 10 times I wanted my legs massaged and he kept saying ‘you want 60 minutes’…over and over.In the end I got up and walked out.Disgusting. Did not listen, did not understand what I said, was pushy, the situation was uncomfortable.I ended up reporting it to the Westfield concierge.

Been there twice and Massages are adequate but the older gent always adds more to the agreed price. First time he added 5 bucks cus he went a bit over time (did not seek agreement during massage). Second and final time added 20 cus he did cupping (once again did not seek approval before adding to price). I'm not sure if intentional but not a goodp ractice

Not happy experience. The older gent doesnt listen or understand english and is a pushy upseller. Walked in for neck and shoulders neck pain specifically in which I told him. Then he started with back massage and added extras in poor explanation, cost was 2.5 larger than intended. Not much focus on neck/shoulder issue. Never going back!
